NOTE - All remote support will be billed in 30 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum at our regular hourly rate unless you are a managed client with another arrangement prior to the creation of this support request. We collect contact and payment information in advance, prior to getting to work on you issues. We reserve the right to refuse any support incident for any reason. If the support incident takes less than 5 minutes to resolve, you will not be billed.
Our regular hourly support rate is $150/hour for remote support. After hours work (support incidents started outside of the scope of our regular business hours) will be defined as out of band support and shall be billed at 2x our regular hourly support rate.
